Diligens is a Schneider Electric Elite Partner and supplies power quality and data centre infrastructure solutions for the IT infrastructure industry, and other applications — wherever dependable power is essential to daily operations. Diligens consultants have provided guidance on hundreds of large data center projects for Fortune 500 companies and government organizations so you can be assured that our application consultants have the knowledge and training to address your requirements.

Analysis and Design

Our engagement process starts with a needs analysis. Our clients typically include:

  • Engineering firms
  • Property management firms
  • End users
  • Electrical and mechanical contractors

Throughout the design process, our data centre infrastructure consultants are available to provide:

  • Power quality analyses
  • Cooling assessments
  • Infrastructure configuration designs
  • 2D and 3D equipment layouts

We are respected for our capacity to deliver equipment in difficult conditions, on time and on budget.

The assembly of the infrastructure components are coordinated with the needs of the client, electrical contractor, mechanical contractor and other project stakeholders.

Startup and commissioning

The electrical, mechanical and software component startups are once again coordinated with the client, trades, engineers and commissioning agents. Load banks can be supplied to verify the performance of the electrical and cooling elements of the infrastructure.

Load Bank Testing

We supply and install of the load banks to test the UPS, generator and cooling system components. Load bank testing is the only method of validating the correct operational performance of your data centre infrastructure equipment.

Other Power Quality Products

Diligens also supplies power quality products from Controlled Power Company for specific applications such as:

  • medical grade power conditioners
  • inverters for emergency lighting requirements and other critical applications requiring compliance with UL924 and CCMC.
