Diligens provides 24/7 corrective services for your single phase or 3 phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) equipement. Preventative maintenance and other power quality services are also available and detailed individually below.

Diligens’ service organization is located in Ottawa and employs the following resources in support of our client infrastructures:

• Service Technicians. Our Service Technicians are factory-trained on numerous products.
• Service Management and Logistics. Customer Service Representatives assist our Service Technicians with scheduling of preventative maintenances and service calls and managing the delivery logistics of parts and systems to the client facility.
• Network Power Consultants. Diligens employs industry-certified network administrators who work side by side with our Service Technicians to ensure that all monitoring solutions are configured to the exact needs of the client. Our network administrators are Microsoft and Cisco certified and possess deep UNIX experience.

Power Analysis

Diligens Service Technicians are available to perform power quality analyses at your facility.  The power monitoring can be performed as a one-time event, or instruments can be left for an extended period of time for continuous monitoring in order to capture irregular electrical events.

Monitoring

Diligens Service Technicians and Network Power Consultants can configure a monitoring solution for UPS and environmental monitoring.  Diligens can provision a complete solution or your existing network management or monitoring application can be modified.  Services include:

• Monitoring of UPS parameters can include output load, input voltage, output current, temperature, battery time remaining, battery percent charge, and dozens/hundreds more parameters
• Configuring enterprise-wide notification of critical power events
• Configuring network shutdown processes (individual workstations first, hubs, e-mail and database servers last)
• Scheduled shutdown / reboot of the UPS and its load for energy conservation
• Installation and configuration of network management applications (e.g. SNMP-based applications) for monitoring and control of network devices such as UPS
• Remote monitoring as a service or a custom solution for onsite monitoring
